Sheehan Park Trail Agreement Moving Forward

An exciting discussion occurred during last night's City Council meeting. Fans of the singletrack mountain bike trails in Sheehan Park filled the chamber including coaches, parents, youth, members of CORP, and local riders. After many spoke about the need for the MOU without the requirement for a large umbrella policy, the city council voted in favor of that change. CORP is now working closely with the city to finish the agreement so that future plans for those trails and a regular maintenance schedule can be organized.

Video coverage of that meeting should appear on this page without 48 hours: http://sunprairiemediacenter.com/ksun-on-demand/
