Report a problem with street, road, path conditions
The City of Sun Prairie has a system in place that allows you report any concerns with road, street, or multi-use path conditions. This includes pot holes and unsafe road conditions (dirt, gravel, debris in bike lanes). Easiest to call 608-837-3050 and ask for Public Works. You can also complete an online form, but you may have to register to report and track your request. Follow this link for the online form.
