Still pedaling, walking, and advocating...

☀️ We're Still Moving! A Fall Update from Sun Prairie Moves

Hello Sun Prairie! 👋

We know it's been a quiet few months here on the sunprairiemoves.org blog—nearly three months since our last post! If you've been wondering if your bicycling advocates have gone dormant, we are happy to report the exact opposite is true!

The entire Sun Prairie Moves team has been incredibly busy volunteering behind the scenes and, of course, enjoying the beautiful summer and fall biking weather right alongside all of you! We’ve been putting in work to move forward some important initiatives and projects, dedicating our personal time to making Sun Prairie a better place for active transportation.

What We've Been Up To

While we haven't been posting, we have been...

  • Attending meetings and coordinating with city officials.
  • Gathering data and feedback on local infrastructure.
  • Logging serious mileage on our own bikes, testing out current and potential routes!

We’ve got some exciting progress to share with you soon. We appreciate your patience and your continued advocacy!

Please stay tuned for updates from the SPMoves group over the coming weeks as we start rolling out announcements and details on what we've been working on.

And with the colder weather setting in... here is to hoping we get some good snow to join winter activities! ❄️
