Rumor control - Sheehan Park trails

Rumor Control
Rumor: Sun Prairie is discussing closing the Sheehan Park mountain bike trails.
Facts: a proposal was submitted to the Parks, Recreation and Forestry Commission that includes adding wood trail features and moving the entrance route.

On May 13th this commission voted in favor of this proposal (3 to 2) and submitted it to the Common Council. The proposal is currently on the schedule for review by the Common Council on the 2nd of June.

This is a good thing! Please consider submitting your support for this proposal to the Common and City Council.
