Governor Evers sign e-bicycle bill

Today, Governor Tony Evers signed AB132 which clearly defines eBikes, their use, and restrictions. As far as the legal framework, eBikes are mostly treated the same way as traditional bicycles.

The measure received broad support in the state Assembly and Senate by both parties and brings us in line with ~30 other states.

eBikes increase access to the joys of cycling in all its myriad forms.

This is a huge win!!!
