Winter Public Meeting - Nov. 15

The plans for our Sun Prairie Moves - Winter Public Meeting have been finalized. We are meeting on Thursday, November 15, 2018 from 6:30pm - 8pm at the Colonial Club (Dining room). We have a great line-up of presenters and speakers at the event.
  1. Cale Dorn from SunCity Cyclery will be discussing some winter bicycle maintenance tips and how to keep riding all winter long
  2. The Manager of Erik's Bike Shop (Madison East) is bringing some clothing and accessories to keep riding in cold weather
  3. Baltazar De Anda Santana, from the Wisconsin Bicycle Federation, will be sharing information about "Just Bikes" -  they are working on mobility justice work – increasing access and ridership for communities of color. This group has received funding for bike fix-it stations at community centers, bike internships and mobile bike repair.
  4. We will share information about local bicycling events and our event calendar for 2019
  5. Chris Clinton from C.O.R.P. (Capital Off-Road Pathfinders) will be providing an update on the Sheehan Park single-track mountain bike trails.
