Sun Prairie Moves is going non-profit...

We are in the middle of setting up official tax-exempt (non-profit) 501.c.3 status for our bicycling advocacy group. If you are or know an attorney who might be willing to review our by-laws on a pro-bono basis, please let us know - peter@sunprairiemoves.org

We have great, local help from TALENT CPA to get the articles of incorporation done and and EIN number established, but will need some help finalizing the required non-profit paperwork to set up an account and file for 501.c.3 status.

Thanks!
