What you can do, to improve bicycling in Sun Prairie

Would you like to see better and safer bicycling routes in Sun Prairie? More, and better connected, on-street bike lanes & off-street multi-user paths?

Let your local district alderperson know, that you want to see capital investments dedicated to making bicycling safer in Sun Prairie. You can do this anytime, call them, email them, or attend a City Council meeting. With the 2018 Spring elections coming up, we also expect to hear from all the political candidates. If they happen to knock on your door, ask them, what they would do to improve bicycling and make it safer in Sun Prairie?

Just as Al Guyant, City Council president and chair of the Transit commission, stated in our meeting, there are a lot of interests competing for a limited amount of funds. You are the key to affecting that change! The more residents speak up for improving bicycling infrastructure, the more likely it is to see it happen!

Another thing you can do is, to start riding your bike and encourage others! Here are 40 reasons to take up cycling. If you already ride your bike.
